I really love the flavor of these, I feel spoiled eating these instead of like I am giving up flavor or texture for health reasons. These are great for a healthy meal on the go and so easy to use. I'm actually a bit worried because they seem too good to be true. I have only found a couple of wraps with minor tears, but nothing major enough to keep me from using it as a wrap.
My wife & I love brown rice spring rolls, eating two days in a row - yummm!
I actually use these as enchilada wrappers, and they work great, getting me away from issues like how the corn and wheat are treated or preserved in conventional enchilada wraps. Also, of course, good for spring rolls.
