These noodles aren’t only amazing in pho, they make a delicious cold noodle salad, with raw veggies & an Asian dressing. I cooked them 4-5 minutes, rinsed in cold water, & added the other ingredients to chill in the fridge. My husband can’t get enough! That’s why I had to order in bulk, although I did share some with friends, along with the recipe.
