Brown Rice Noodles Coleslaw

Ingredients
  • 4 squares Star Anise Foods Brown Rice Noodles with Seaweed
  • 1 1/2 cups Red Cabbage
  • 1 cup Carrot
  • ¼ cup chopped Cilantro

For Dressing

  • 1/3 cup Tahini
  • ¾ cup Water
  • ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Prepared Mustard
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
  1. For Noodles: Re-hydrate noodles by soaking in hot boiling water for 4 mins until al dente. Drain & Rinse to avoid Noodles sticking together. Set aside.
  2. To make Dressing: Blend all ingredients for Dressing in blender/food processor. Set aside.
  3. Toss together salad ingredients. Serve.
